Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh whole cranberries
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour

Instructions

  2. Beat the eggs well in a mixing bowl.
  3. Gradually add sugar to the eggs, mixing well until combined.
  4. Add flour and melted butter to the mixture, then beat until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter over the cranberries in the pie pan.
  6. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 1 hour and 15 minutes until the top is golden and a macaroon flavor develops.
