Ingredients

  • 5 lb. ground crawfish tails
  • 5 onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • fish fry or flour
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Grind all vegetables and crawfish tails in a food processor until well combined.
  2. Add eggs, salt, and pepper to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
  3. Incorporate bread crumbs into the mixture and mix well.
  4. Form the mixture into patties.
  5. Drench each patty in flour or fish fry.
  6. Deep fry the patties until they are golden brown.
