Ingredients

  • butter
  • green onions
  • green pepper
  • almost 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 lb. crawfish
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water

Instructions

  1. Saute green onions, green pepper, and almost 1 tablespoon of paprika until vegetables are soft.
  2. Add crawfish and saute a little to combine flavors.
  3. Pour in two cans of cream of mushroom soup and one can of water.
  4. Simmer the mixture for a while until heated through and flavors meld.
