Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/3 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients very well until thoroughly combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls.
  3. Roll the balls in chopped pecans to coat.
  4. Freeze the balls, and just before serving, defrost for 5 minutes.
