Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 can sour cherries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 baked pie crust
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Add 1 cup sugar and flour to the sour cherries in a saucepan.
  2. Cook until thick, then refrigerate to cool.
  3. Cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar together.
  4. Add vanilla and a little cream to the cream cheese mixture to make it smooth.
  5. Whip the cream and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Fill the cooled pie crust with the cream cheese filling.
  7. Pour the cherry mixture on top of the filling.
  8. Keep the pie refrigerated until serving.
