Ingredients

  • 4 large chicken breasts, skinned and boned

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine or water
  • 1 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Arrange the chicken breasts in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Place Swiss cheese slices over the chicken breasts.
  3. Combine the undiluted cream of chicken soup with the white wine or water.
  4. Stir the soup and wine mixture until well blended.
  5. Spoon the sauce evenly over the chicken and cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled herb-seasoned stuffing mix over the top.
  7. Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing crumbs.
