Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen spinach, thawed and well drained

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven, stir, and top with cheese.
  4. Bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
