Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • chili powder
  • chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Combine shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, chopped nuts, and minced garlic in a mixing bowl; stir to blend.
  2. Divide the mixture into three equal parts and shape each into a ball.
  3. Coat one cheese ball with chili powder, another with chopped parsley, and the third with chopped nuts.
  4. Chill the cheese balls before serving.
