Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can condensed cream of broccoli soup
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup herb stuffing mix
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Place the split and flattened chicken breasts in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Top the chicken with Swiss cheese slices.
  3. Combine the condensed cream of broccoli soup and skim milk; spread this mixture over the cheese-covered chicken.
  4. Toss the melted butter with the crushed herb stuffing mix.
  5. Sprinkle the stuffing mix evenly over the top of the chicken.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
