Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. V-8 juice
  • 4 oz. chopped chilies
  • 1/2 c. chopped, pitted ripe olives
  • 1/2 c. chopped sweet red peppers
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese at medium speed until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Gradually beat in V-8 juice until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
  3. Stir in chopped chilies, chopped olives, chopped red peppers, grated onion, and hot pepper sauce.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  5. Serve with chips or fresh vegetables.
