Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 2 large cucumbers, sliced very thin

Instructions

  1. Mix salt, pepper, sugar, and vinegar.
  2. Add sour cream and stir until smooth.
  3. Fold in chopped green onions, minced parsley, and thinly sliced cucumbers.
  4. Arrange on a flat dish.
  5. Chill for an hour or longer before serving.
