A creamy, cheesy vegetable casserole combining frozen veggies, mushroom soup, and savory dressing, perfect for a comforting family meal or potluck gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 bags mixed frozen veggies
  • 1 cube butter
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farm dressing
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen mixed veggies in a buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add the Pepperidge Farm dressing and grated cheese to the melted butter and stir until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, mushroom soup, mayonnaise, minced onion, salt, and pepper together.
  5. Pour the egg and soup mixture over the veggies in the casserole dish.
  6. Spread the dressing mixture over the top of the casserole.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
