Ingredients

  • 2 c. whole corn
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 1/2 c. tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Fry chopped onion and green peppers in butter until tender.
  2. Add whole corn, tomatoes, sugar, salt, and pepper to the pan.
  3. Simmer the mixture for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
