Instructions
- Melt butter and saute celery, onions and peppers.
- Mix soup with water.
- Add to vegetables.
- Stir and heat.
- Pour into 9 x 12-inch greased baking pan.
- Arrange fillets in sauce.
- Sprinkle combined crumbs and cheese over.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
