Ingredients

  • 4 medium onions, cored
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup canned tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Place cored onions in a baking dish.
  2. Add chopped green pepper, chopped celery, canned tomatoes, and seasonings to the onions.
  3. Cover the dish and bake until the onions are tender, about 1 hour at 350°F.
