Ingredients

  • 1 lb. red beans
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 large onion

  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the red beans until tender.
  2. Brown the ground chuck with chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper; drain excess grease.
  3. Add the cooked ground meat, Ro-Tel, and tomato sauce to the beans.
  4. Let the mixture simmer for about 20 minutes.
