- Slice mushrooms into a skillet.
- Add onion, green pepper, parsley, canned tomatoes, tomato paste, salad oil, butter, salt, and pepper. Place on low heat.

- Put a lid on the skillet. Add water if the mixture becomes too dry.
- All the liquid should be completely absorbed when the rice is tender.
