Ingredients

  • 6 serving pieces steak
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 small can tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt
  • red pepper

Instructions
