- Place flour, dried dill, black pepper, and egg substitute in a medium bowl and beat with an electric mixer until thoroughly mixed.
- In another medium bowl, mix together chopped pimiento, canned salmon, and cottage cheese to make the filling.
- Press wonton wrappers into mini muffin tins sprayed with nonfat spray and divide the filling among the wrappers.
- Sprinkle chopped fresh dill on top of each tart.
- Brush the edges of the wrappers with melted fat-free margarine and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
