Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chicken, cut into 8 pieces
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed Rice Krispies
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and dip chicken pieces into it.
  2. Roll chicken in crushed Rice Krispies mixed with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the coated chicken, skin side up, on a shallow baking pan lined with foil.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until tender.
  5. Do not cover or turn during baking.
