Ingredients

  • 1 quart fruit (peaches, apples, or blueberries, fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Place fruit in bottom of glass dish.
  2. Mix sugar and flour, then add egg to form a batter.
  3. Pour the batter over the fruit.
  4. Pour melted margarine over everything.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
  6. Serve warm with ice cream.
