Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 crumbled chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 c. potato flakes
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and milk together.
  2. Dip chicken pieces into the egg mixture.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients together in a plastic bag.
  4. Put a few pieces of chicken at a time into the bag and shake to coat.
  5. Fry in hot grease until golden brown.
  6. Let drain on paper towels.
