Ingredients

  • 4 lb. beef or sirloin tips
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 to 1 can water
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef tips or sirloin tips in a skillet.
  2. Place the browned beef in the bottom of the crock-pot.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup, water, drained mushrooms, dry onion soup mix, salt, and black pepper to the crock-pot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours.
  5. Serve the beef tips over rice.
