Ingredients

  • 2 lb. stew beef, trimmed of all fat
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 2 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Mix in crock-pot, cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
  2. Serve over rice or noodles.
