- On a long piece of heavy aluminum foil, place one half of the sliced vegetables.
- Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, then place it on top of the vegetables.
- Add the remaining sliced vegetables on top of the seasoned meat.
- Fold up sides and ends of the aluminum foil to seal the package well.
- Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes, turning once, or grill for 17 minutes on each side.
