Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 packets ranch dressing mix
  • 2 1/2 cans chopped ripe olives
  • 4 1/2 oz can chopped chilies
  • 11 oz can shoe peg corn, drained

Instructions

  1. Mix together the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, chopped olives, chopped chilies, and drained shoe peg corn.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.
