Instructions
- Cream butter; add sugar and beat until fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
- Combine flour, soda, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in oats, cornflakes, coconut and pecans.
- Shape into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Cool on racks.
