Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fish fillets
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies, crushed (to 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1/2 cup oleo, melted

Instructions

  1. Pat fish fillets dry.
  2. Line the bottom of a baking dish with crushed Rice Krispies, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Dip fish fillets into melted oleo and place on top of the cereal mixture in the baking dish.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
