Ingredients

  • 1 can crabmeat, drained and picked well
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • curry powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix sour cream, softened cream cheese, curry powder, garlic powder, and chopped onion in a bowl.
  2. Fold in drained and picked crabmeat until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and garnish with bread crumbs.
  4. Bake until bubbly, about 15 to 20 minutes, at 350°F.
  5. Serve warm with crackers.
