Ingredients

  • 1 lb. large shrimp
  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Peel, devein, and butterfly 1 pound of large shrimp.
  2. Combine 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a large plastic bag.
  3. Add shrimp to the bag and shake to coat evenly.
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sliced almonds in a jelly roll pan.
