Ingredients

  • 6 large hard-cooked eggs
  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • paprika
  • sliced pimiento-stuffed olives

Instructions

  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks.
  2. Mash yolks; add mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder, ground red pepper, and salt, stirring until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the mixture into the egg whites.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with sliced pimiento-stuffed olives, if desired.
