Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 3 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms with liquid
  • 1 Tbsp. scraped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. basil
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and water in a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup lukewarm water with curry powder, mushrooms with liquid, scraped onion, thyme, basil, and oregano.
  3. Add the curry mixture to the simmering soups and cook together for a few minutes.
  4. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and add tuna fish, mixing well before serving.
