Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 tsp. curry powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Add green onions, raisins, chopped peanuts, and curry powder; mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. Chill for at least 2 days to allow flavors to meld.
  5. When ready to serve, roll the cheese ball in toasted coconut.
  6. Leave at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Pour about 1/2 cup of Major Grey's chutney over the cheese ball.
  8. Serve with crackers.
