A creamy, flavorful curry pate blending cream cheese, sharp Cheddar, curry powder, and mango chutney, perfect for spreading and serving with crackers at gatherings or as an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cooking sherry
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar mango chutney
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly blend cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, sherry, curry powder, and salt in a food processor.
  2. Spread the mixture on a serving platter in a circle 1/2-inch thick.
  3. Chill until firm.
  4. Spread mango chutney over the chilled mixture.
  5. Sprinkle finely chopped green onions on top.
  6. Serve with crackers.
