Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • dash of salt
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup strong coffee
  • 1/2 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa, eggs, soda, and salt.
  2. Carefully add hot coffee, a little at a time, so as not to cook the eggs.
  3. Add hot water and melted butter.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan or a Bundt pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 40 minutes.
  7. Frost with fudge frosting.
