Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 small package mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 to 1 1/2 sticks margarine

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a fry-pan over low heat.
  2. Add chopped vegetables to the fry-pan.
  3. Cook on low heat until vegetables are tender.
