Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can pork and beans
  • 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pimento
  • few drops Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 strips bacon

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except bacon in a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  2. Place diced bacon over the beans.
  3. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
