Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 cups celery, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup rice, raw
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can bean sprouts

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger in a skillet; drain excess fat.
  2. Mix the cooked hamburger, sliced celery, chopped onion, rice, water, soy sauce, cream of mushroom soup, and bean sprouts in a baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) covered for 45 minutes.
  4. Remove cover and bake for an additional 45 minutes uncovered.
