Danish Spaghetti is a hearty, cheesy casserole blending pasta with sausage, chicken, ham, spinach, and mushrooms, topped with Velveeta for a creamy, satisfying meal perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 ring sausage
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, bite size pieces
  • ham as desired, bite size pieces
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach
  • 1 carton fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium can tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small box Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Fry chopped onion in a little butter until transparent.
  2. Add drained cooked spaghetti, sausage, chicken, ham, frozen spinach, sliced mushrooms, tomato sauce, and chili powder to the pan.
  3. Add some broth to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Cut Velveeta cheese into small chunks and add to the mixture.
  5. Add more broth as needed to make the mixture quite soupy.
  6. Butter a casserole dish and pour in the mixture.
  7. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 10 to 30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
