Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 20 oz. chicken (Swanson)
  • 10 oz. pork BBQ (Castleberry)
  • 28 oz. stewed tomatoes (Heinz)
  • 28 oz. cream corn (2 cans)
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic salt (optional)
  • 9 to 18 oz. hot ketchup (half to full bottle)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Transfer the cooked beef to a large crock pot.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients: chopped onion, chicken, pork BBQ, stewed tomatoes, cream corn, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic salt (if using), and hot ketchup.
  4. Stir well to combine.
  5. Cook on low heat all day, approximately 8 hours, until flavors meld and ingredients are heated through.
