Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. raw macaroni
  • 1/2 c. dill pickle relish
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 can peas (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions.
  2. Drain and transfer to a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Add diced hard-boiled eggs, chopped onion, chopped celery, and dill pickle relish.
  4. Mix all ingredients well.
  5. Add peas if desired and mix again.
