Instructions
- Mix the pitted dates, eggs, sugar, melted oleo, and vanilla in the top of a double boiler and cook for 7 minutes, stirring often.
- Remove from heat and add the Rice Krispies, chopped nuts, and coconut; mix well.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and then roll in coconut to coat.
- Place on a tray and chill until firm before serving.
