Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup water or milk
  • 1 cup cut-up dates

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease bottoms of 12 medium muffin cups or use paper baking cups.
  3. Mix baking mix, sugar, egg, and water; beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in the cut-up dates.
  5. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full with batter.
  6. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
