Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box vanilla pudding
  • 1 (10 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 bag coconut
  • 1 large Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Mix the yellow cake mix according to the package instructions and bake.
  2. Allow the cake to cool completely.
  3. Mix the vanilla pudding with the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Pour the pudding and cream cheese mixture over the cooled cake.
  5. Drain the crushed pineapple and spread evenly over the pudding layer.
  6. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut.
  7. Finish by placing pecans on top of the coconut.
