Day Before Breakfast Dish

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage or bacon
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 slices white bread, cubed

Instructions

  1. Cover bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with bread cubes. Brown meat and drain.
  2. Layer on top of bread.
  3. Layer cheese. Beat eggs, salt and milk. Pour over cheese.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
