Hearty beef and broccoli casserole with crispy Tater Tots and melted cheddar cheese, perfect for comforting family dinners and satisfying cravings with savory flavors and crispy textures.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen Tater Tots
  • 1 1/4 lb ground beef
  • 10 oz frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 can fried onion rings (2.8 oz.)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 1/2 oz.)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Place Tater Tots on the bottom and sides of an 8 x 12-inch casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 400°F for 10 minutes.
  2. Brown the ground beef and drain excess fat.
  3. Mix the cooked beef, thawed broccoli, and half of the fried onion rings. Spread this mixture over the partially baked Tater Tots.
  4. Combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and 3/4 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese to make the sauce.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the beef and vegetable layer.
  6. Bake uncovered at 400°F for 20 minutes.
  7. Top with the remaining shredded Cheddar cheese and fried onion rings.
  8. Bake uncovered for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted and topping is crispy.
