Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 large cans tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 large cans chili with hot beans
  • 3 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a saucepan, stirring constantly.
  2. Add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, and chopped bell peppers. Cook until soft.
  3. Add the cans of chili with hot beans, chili powder, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  4. Stir in the vinegar to add a tangy flavor.
  5. Simmer the chili for about an hour, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve hot with a fresh tossed salad and crackers.
