Ingredients

  • 29 oz. can pumpkin
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 dry white cake mix

Instructions

  1. Mix together pumpkin, milk, vanilla, white sugar, eggs, evaporated milk, and pumpkin pie spice well in a large mixing bowl. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine white cake mix and butter or margarine until crumbly.
  3. Sprinkle the cake mix mixture evenly over the pumpkin mixture.
  4. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F (175°C) until set and golden.
  5. Serve warm topped with whipped cream.
