Ingredients

  • 8 large white potatoes
  • 1/3 cup mustard
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cups salad cubes
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs

Instructions

  1. Cook white potatoes until done, then let them cool and cut into cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mustard, vinegar, sugar, pepper, mayonnaise, salad cubes, and chopped hard-boiled eggs; mix well.
  3. Sprinkle paprika on top to add color and flavor.
