Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • taco sauce
  • red beans
  • cheese
  • green onions
  • black olives
  • tomatoes
  • taco chips

Instructions

  1. Cook the hamburger until browned and season with taco sauce.
  2. Chop lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, green onions, and black olives.
  3. Drain and rinse red beans.
  4. Break up taco chips into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl.
  6. Pour the jar of Catalina dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
